Twist Therapy - a simple method to stay healthy
Often people lead a sedentary lifestyle which leads to various diseases. How can we heal ourselves naturally without medications?
Twist therapy consists of correctly chosen twisting spiral motions that restore the natural flow of energy in the body and thus treats and prevents disease. Twist therapy is capable of treating acute pain as well as the chronic diseases. Even emotional disorders such as stress, anxiety, sadness or fear can be alleviated by twisting motions of the neck and chest. The spiral structure starts with a direction of the hair growth at the top of the head and spreads though all the physical formations of the body down to the tips of the fingers and toes. Examples of Practical Application of Twist Therapy in everyday life
Example 1 Headache
In case of headache, slowly turn the head to the left for 5-15 seconds, and then to the right for 5-15 seconds. Find the most comfortable (healing) twisting position. Hold your head in this fixed position for 1 minute. Return to the starting position. Take 4 inhalations and exhalations. Repeat, holding a comfortable (healing) position for 2 minutes. And then for 3 minutes.
Example 2 Back pain
In case of back pain, while standing or sitting, turn your knees to the left, and shoulders and head to the right. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds. Then turn your knees to the right, and your shoulders and head to the left. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds. Find the most comfortable (healing) twisting position. Hold it for 1 minute. Return to the starting position. Take 4 inhalations and exhalations. Repeat, holding a comfortable (healing) position for 2 minutes. And then for 3 minutes.
Example 3 Ear disease
In case of ear ache, twist the ear auricle clockwise. Hold for 5-15 seconds. Then twist the ear auricle counter-clockwise. Hold for 5-15 seconds. Find the most comfortable twisting position. Hold the auricle in this comfortable (healing) twisting position for 1 minute. Return to the starting position. Take 4 inhalations and exhalations. Repeat, holding the ear auricle in a comfortable (healing) twisting position for 2 minutes. Then for 3 minutes.
